How it works is simple. You refer a potential buyer or seller, and then your referral is placed with an active real estate licensee. You may refer to any agent or agency you wish. They do all the showing, paperwork, marketing, and administrative work related to the transaction. When a buyer or a seller you referred closes on a real estate transaction, you earn a commission from a referral fee. It's an ideal way to retire, or is a way to earn commissions from your real estate license if you seek another career.
How much does it cost to enroll?
Only $10.00 a month or $120.00 per year.
Will I have to keep my license active?
Yes. You will need to keep your license active if you wish to receive commision.
